Initial thoughts on the #iPhoneXSMax, coming from the 6s Plus:
1) it's massive!
2) the display is gorgeous
3) camera is very good
4) one handed use feels harder thanks to a larger screen to body ratio
5) gestures on iOS are actually very intuitive
6) FaceID is surprisingly good
A few weeks later, here are some additional thoughts:
The #iPhoneXSMax is quite difficult to hold. I thought it would feel coming from 6s Plus, but it feels much heavier and tricky to grip. I've actually considered downgrading to #iPhoneXS.
Haven't massively missed TouchID.
Camera is very impressive, although low light photography is still not perfect. Looks like @madebygoogle Pixel 3 has nailed that.
