Stop waiting for the message, notification, the right time, the perfect climate, to be who you want to be, for everyone to give you the ok. Move it to the wayside. No more time wasted living on autopilot. The time is now, the time is here and it’s moving on regardless. Realise you can be this person NOW. Conquer your world Or always be a victim to theirs.
Write down the greatest version of you and rehearse until it's true.

I’m tortured by visions of the future. Neon lights, city skylines, too many places, too many faces. Never ending quest, I can’t rest, spirit alive. Too many nights, too many bright lights, it feels right. We’ve made it. We’ve all made it.
Write down the greatest version of you and rehearse until it's true.

The greatest version of you needs to be everywhere. On paper, in your mind, on audio, on film. Give reality the best chance to see it for success to come your way.

Your anxious thoughts come true 100% of the time. “Your nervous system cannot tell the difference between an imagined experience and a 'real' experience,” — Maxwell Maltz The second you overthink, you enter that familiar feeling of dread, that tortures your spirit. You cannot escape. Doomed. You experience the worst case scenario as real, then act accordingly. It’s become your reality. Cute platitudes won’t save you. What will is the moment you realise this mechanism can also save you. But you must train it.
91.4% of anxious thoughts never come true.

Rage is a neurochemical weapon. You can send adrenaline surging through your body right now, and attack your goals with it. You will be overcome with a violence that bulldozes “I’ve got so much to do, I’m stressed, I just can’t…” You will feel your spirit once more. You will remember what you’re capable of. Who do you voodoo?

Creativity is sorcery. The power to physically change the world with ideas nobody else can see. Enter a lifelong flow state and refuse to leave. Herbal medicines, Kanye instrumentals, sleep whenever, wake whenever. Create whatever's on your mind. Say whatever you think. You'll realise you're a powerful creator, and the trajectory of your life is yours to change. You'll create a world that draws in your hearts desires. Manifesation.
this is how you manifest btw

Mentally torture yourself with your creative ideas until the resistance to bringing them to life gives up. You’ll experience a lightness that effortlessly allows you to take action. Few can withstand this type of alchemy.

Anxious people are addicted to anxiety. You ever spit game that will completely shatter the reality of a perpetual doomer… and you can see their brain work out 100 excuses to why they cannot do xyz even if it’s the truth Something automatic in them prevents themselves forever breaking free from the dread that plagues them This is completely self inflicted and they enjoy this Why would anyone want this? Easy way out. Overthinking offers reassurance, comfort & something to blame for why they cannot get what they want. They feed the monster. Then spend their time trying to kill it The invisible war indoctrinates them into a miserable life. They separate responsibility from themselves. They do not want to change.

The more you try to live a life free of fear and anxiety, the more you will experience because you become an avoider. Hesitant, timid. Prey psychology. Constant state of being hunted.
Rumination ruins living. It drains your internal resources without delivering any positive return on investment. Of course, rumination might initially feel like productive analysis, which is why it is so addictive. Your brain tricks you into believing that if you just replay the scenario one more time, you will find the magical answer. In reality, it is a closed loop that generates anxiety without action. But you cannot think your way out of rumination. Trying to solve a rumination loop with more thinking is the ultimate psychological trap to the point that is often called the "rumination paradox." Most traditional advice relies on a top-down approach aka trying to change your thoughts to change your body. But when your nervous system is dysregulated, this fails. Instead you should try changing your physical state first to force your brain to quiet down. Think breathwork, taking action, working on GABA, lowering glutamate, vagus nerve stimulation etc fitandball.gumroad.com/l/bra…

A simple exercise to experience the power of your unconscious mind is to repeat this phrase as you fall asleep tonight: “Every day, in every way, I am getting better and better” Your mind will stew on this for the next 8 hours. You wake up and find ways in which it’s true. You'll expect to win more. There’s many ways to deepen the effectiveness of this. But for now, start with this. Don’t bookmark this as a good idea. Test it. Recognise the power you have within. Let me know what happens over the next 7 days. Good luck droog.
"I have to let my unconscious brain do the work because it reacts a lot quicker." 🧠 Devin Cooley chats with @BParkerTV about the psychology behind his unreal performance vs. the Canes.
