FYI Residents of Lewes. Moulsecoomb and Plumpton are nearest open stations. Roughly 6 miles away from Lewes if you miss the last train in and find yourself walking!!
📢 On the day of Lewes Bonfire (Wed 5 Nov), trains will not call at Lewes, Falmer, Southease, Glynde & Cooksbridge after 17:00.
We’ve been asked to do this by the emergency services & other agencies who are concerned about the very real risks of overcrowding and safety in the narrow streets of Lewes.
