Pickles in the Library

Having a fracture in each leg has certainly helped me get through my TBR list.

Isaac Turner is back in The Forbidden Atlas! This time, racing to uncover secrets and figure out who to trust. A fast-paced adventure through the city, full of twists and turns. A must if you loved The Adventures on Trains and The Clockwork Conspiracy

The latest @gordonkorman book is a page turner that Upper elementary/primary kids will love. Trey's Dad is a con-man. Trey makes friends with all the rich kids and then his Dad cons them. A fast paced story that Korman fans will devour. Our 4/5th graders LOVE Korman's books.

The best thing about holidays, time to read and visit bookshops! Loved exploring the children’s section of The Bookstore in Kilkenny and even though books are more expensive in Ireland than England, had to pick up a couple of new releases for summer reading and for the library.

March is Women's History Month. New display in our reception area. Particularly love the board book biographies from @adidevpress on famous Indian women in sports and science

Book Celebration Week! Books to feed our brains and treats to feed our stomachs! Each day Sodexo provided us book themed snacks - some for both students and adults and some just for adults!

Today was the start of Book Celebration Week at @ASBIndia elementary. @NaliniSorensen came & shared her books, ‘Wolf on the Prowl’, ‘Spellbound’ and ‘Lucky it’s Diwali’. Our students throughly enjoyed the stories and meeting an author in real life. Thank you Nalini for visiting!
