Justice is a collective journey. As we celebrate 15 years of LFJL throughout 2026, we are looking back at the partnerships that have defined our work and the people who have stood by us.

15 years of work is 15 years of shared stories. Our journey has been defined by everyone who has lent their voice to the cause.
As we mark our 15th anniversary this year, we will be sharing a series of messages from the people who make our work possible.
Fifteen years since the 17 February uprising. Fifteen years of Lawyers for Justice in #Libya (#LFJL). While the path to transition remains blocked by political fragmentation and impunity, one thing is clear: Libya’s #civil_society isn’t backing down.
We are marking this double anniversary by honoring their resilience with the release of the Ali Nouh Fund Annual Review. The fund provides the essential, holistic support needed for #defenders at risk to live in safety and continue their work toward transformative change.
Our commitment to those on the frontlines remains as strong today as it was 15 years ago.
