Pure mechanical precision. By locking down his form and managing the tension, he turns every single inch of the lift into a stimulus for growth

Still don't understand how someone eats to this point. 鈥婭s there something else behind it, or just pure non-stop overeating?

This is more effective than endless sets of leg extensions, leg press, and bodyweight squats for building actual quad strength.
Proof of work馃憞 - tested if the quad is ok with 150kg/330lbs. It passed - top set 160kg/353lbs x3, pretty smooth. Do your squats!

You don't need to eat less of everything to lose fat. You need to eat smarter, prioritize protein, and control your portions. Fat loss doesn't require starving yourself.

You can do 30 push-ups, add 28kg to your back, and still struggle to bench press 60kg. Why? Because being strong at push-ups doesn't automatically make you strong at bench pressing. Both exercises train similar muscles, but the movement, stability demands, technique, and specificity of training are different. Your body can be strong at one movement and still be a beginner at another. Strength is specific. Being good at push-ups doesn't guarantee a big bench.

If the weight is shaking violently, your joints are taking the brunt, and you have to use your entire body just to get the bar moving... the weight is lifting you, not the other way around. Drop the ego, master the tension

Detox teas won't magically burn your belly fat. Most work by making you lose water weight, and some contain laxatives that cause temporary weight changes. Once you rehydrate, that weight can return. Don't let marketing fool you.
