70% of children are confident they know how to stay safe online, but they're not always aware of the steps they can take to stay safe.
Improving education around #MediaLiteracy can help them understand how to put their confidence into action.

To help you let the men in your life know you're there for them this #MensHealthWeek, we're sharing some tips to help you have a conversation about mental health from our Head of Research Psychology Ariele Noble.

ALT Men's mental health: conversation tips - 1. Find a comfortable place to talk, 2. Start by asking: how are you feeling on a scale of 1 to 10? 3. Start questions with 'what' and 'how' instead of 'why' 4. Be compassionate and accept his feelings, even if you can't relate to them, 5. Try not to fix the situation, just listen 6. It’s Men’s Health Week, remember this 🩵
Men,
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to show emotion.
It’s okay to be emotional.
It’s okay to feel sad.
It’s okay to be okay.
It’s okay to not be okay.
It’s okay to feel.
It’s okay to grieve.
It’s okay to tell someone you’re struggling.
It’s okay to talk.
It’s okay to struggle.
It’s okay to fail.
It’s okay to feel lost.
It’s okay to talk about your mental health.
