Day#67
Hello, everyone❤️
Today marks the 67th day since our bakery opened.
Here’s a quick rundown of what we’ve achieved so far:
- We’ve hired two internally displaced persons
- We’ve hired a veteran with a prosthetic limb—our nanny, Vados!
- About 200 children have already visited our children’s room
- We have an incredible trampoline thanks to @slayerofmoskali
- We have a small library and a bookshelf thanks to @slayerofmoskali
- We have partially paid our September rent thanks to @hottaspotta
- We have a blender thanks to @slayerofmoskali
- We’ve baked: sweet pastries (1,867 pieces), baked goods (1,657 pieces), and bread (676 loaves), cookies (508 pieces).
It’s already October, and we really need help purchasing a heating system, since we’re in the basement and don’t have any heating.
The system costs 228,000 UAH (the initial payment to get this heating system installed is 50,000 UAH).
You can:
1. Order your own “Fela” on the “Felas” wall. 100 euros.
2. Order a mug with your nickname and come visit us to drink coffee from it (or we’ll send it to you). The mugs are handmade by a veteran who lost his sight in the war. The cost of one 50 euros.
3. Buy a keychain shaped like our donut. Made of felted wool. Price: 35 euros (we ship anywhere in the world).

It warms the heart and brings a sense of light. Many people ask what you need.
We’ve decided to gather everything via two links: one for the children’s room, and the other for the bakery.

For 89 days now, we have been baking bread and treats.
We really want to employ more people - to provide them with the opportunity to earn a salary and to offer economic support during the war.

So.. I will ask for some help. @Jojomeowjojo Lost his Garmin watch. Can anyone chip in some dollars so I can buy him a new one? I will fork up the 1000$ myself if needed, but that will hurt abit. The Dude is cycling around the world for charity. I have no words.

Books for children
@slayerofmoskali
This is incredible! $156.63 has already been raised as part of the fundraiser from @slayerofmoskali
In Ukraine, more than 9.5 million books were destroyed during the summer of 2026. The enemy is destroying our culture—and ultimately, our country. More than 20 publishing houses have been damaged by shelling. For our children’s library in @tastevictory24 , we will be purchasing books from the publishing houses that have been affected.
At our library, children can borrow a book, read it, and then return it.

Books carry the soul of a nation. By bombing printing houses, ruzzia aims to destroy Ukrainian identity. But the Ukrainian word can’t be burned into silence. Cultural erasure won’t happen on our watch. Help build this tiny library for kids. $156 raised out of $300. Books needed💙
