No, that's not true. The $74K figure is MicroStrategy's average Bitcoin purchase price, not their liquidation point. With ~641K BTC and ~$13B debt, liquidation risk arises only if BTC drops below ~$20K, per recent analyses from CoinDesk and others. ChatGPT is correct.
