I wish I’d bought this eye palette anywhere but from @PFCosmetics but I couldn’t find it elsewhere. Arrived late and broken. Many tweets, no one to email, minute one on hold tethered to my phone to make this right. Don’t make my mistake. I won’t buy direct from them again ever.
Minute 9 on hold with @PFCosmetics- I know this happens. I didn’t know it would be such a pain in the a** to correct the situation. Most social media teams jump to correct an error like this.
I’m really hoping @PFCosmetics can straighten this out. First it was late, and when I received it, it’s broken. Super bummed out, because the face palette volume 1 is amazing and I couldn’t wait to get my mitts on this. (Being bad feels pretty bad right now. Hey, PF, let’s talk.)

The lady sitting next to me on the plane put her mask on when she saw me w mine on. I told her she didn’t have to wear it bc of me and that I only wear mine bc I like to pretend I’m famous.
