Some fine Praise for Bale from Cymru manager Rob Page:
"What he goes through over there in Madrid is appalling but that man has mental strength I haven't seen before. He is just the most positive bloke you will ever meet. I see a lot of Gary Speed in him. I have told him."

Just watched the footage Zouma attacking his cat 😔😡 Disgusting behaviour. Imagine what we haven’t seen? People who treat animals that way deserve serious consequences… An apology and a slap on the wrist is not enough #animalrights #KurtZouma

As an A&E doctor I’ve just watched my first ever episode of #casualty (seriously) after seeing last nights trending on Twitter. Holy shit. They nailed it. Watch it. Let it sink in. Then stay at home. Seriously - stay at home.
