Two options: 🔹Redeem LiSTX — convert your full balance back to STX. 🔹Migrate to Fast Pool — convert your position into a Fast Pool stacking position. If you migrate, the resulting STX is locked for stacking with Fast Pool and renews for up to 96 cycles (the PoX-5 maximum) until you unstake. If you want liquid STX, choose Redeem. LiSTX creation is closed. Redemption stays open throughout the wind-down; a final shutdown notice comes in November, with the LISA interface retired by end of 2026. ALEX Buyback and Burn: A LiALEX Route Is Coming With LISA winding down, LiALEX redemption remains open but takes about four months from request. Selling on the ALEX/LiALEX pool is faster, but currently at a discount.🔗medium.com/alexgobtc/alex-bu… In the next few weeks, subject to a DAO governance proposal, the buyback will add a second route. Alongside buying and burning $Alex, it will be able to use the $Alex it buys to buy LiALEX on the pool, redeem it, and burn all the $Alex returned. 🔸Adds a buyer for LiALEX, which should narrow the discount for early exits 🔸Burns more $Alex per STX spent Every $Alex acquired is still burned: immediately on the direct route, at redemption on the LiALEX route LiALEX holders can sell on the pool, or redeem 1:1 in about four months. LISA Product Wind-Down and Migration to Fast Pool Following activation of the pox-5 upgrade, expected on or around July 29, LISA will begin a phased wind-down of its liquid staking products, with the process expected to conclude by the end of 2026. The following changes will take effect in August: 🔸 LiaBTC will be removed from the LISA interface LiaBTC was discontinued in March 2025, and its redemption window closed on September 30, 2025. Its removal from the interface completes that process. 🔸 LiALEX will become redeem-only No new LiALEX will be created. As previously announced, ALEX emissions conclude at Cycle #409, currently expected in approximately two months. LiALEX redemption will remain available throughout the wind-down period. 🔸 LiSTX will become redeem-or-migrate No new LiSTX will be created. Existing holders may either redeem their position to STX or migrate it to a Fast Pool stacking position directly through the LISA interface. Timeline: • August: Creation of new positions is disabled; LiALEX redemption and LiSTX redemption or Fast Pool migration remain open • November: Final shutdown notice for LiALEX and LiSTX redemption • End of 2026: The LISA interface is retired; STX stacking continues through Fast Pool No immediate action is required, and existing positions remain unaffected today. Redemption and migration options will remain available throughout the wind-down. Holders are encouraged to complete any redemption or migration well ahead of year-end rather than waiting for the final notice.
