Reception enjoyed our science experiment today, we predicted if we held the chocolate in our hands for 1 minute it would melt! It did and the best part was eating it!!! 🍫🍫🍫🍫

So much fun today finding clues hidden in our classroom. They led us to find our kindness elf! We are looking forward to completing an act of kindness each day. 🎄✨

So much fun carrying out an experiment to see if a pine cone can predict the weather?…unfortunately not, but it does close up when wet and opens up when dry! ☔️☀️🌲

This week in maths we are learning all about the number 3 3️⃣

So much fun in PE today focussing on the skill of jumping. We completed lots of space circuits.

We read The Family Book today by Todd Parr, we talked about how all families are different and drew our family portrait 😍

Reception have really impressed us today with their reading skills 🌟🌟🌟

Reception enjoyed our Under The Sea themed PE lesson today. We moved in a range of ways like different sea creatures and practised stopping with the music🐠🐬🐡🐙

We loved joining in with the rhyme of the day ‘Humpty Dumpty’. #worldnurseryrhymeweek

Today we learnt all about why we wear poppies and we held a two minute silence at 11 to remember. #11thnovember
