When people tag me in the comments of these things it just reminds me that most fans/the media only celebrate white AFAB gender creative people. As a Mexican/indigenous non-binary person who’s been a lead in 3 large fantasy/sci-fi shows in the past 2 years, we need to do better.

I used to weep when my mom gave away my old clothes + toys as a kid. I was deeply attached to them and it broke my heart to see them go. I saw them as a part of me. One of my first “💡!” moments was finding out that extreme emotional attachments to objects was an autistic thing.
