ההתבטאויות על הפוליגמיה בחברה הבדואית היו צריכות לפתוח פה דיון ציבורי חשוב. על נשים שחיות במציאות של דיכוי, של אלימות, צריך רק לפתוח את דו״ח מבקר המדינה ולקרוא את הנתונים המזעזעים. אבל זה לא מעניין כשהקורבנות לא מתאימים לאג׳נדה. פעם קראו לזה השתקה. היום קוראים לזה אתיקה.

There is no problem with the Arab parties. The problem is with those who want to see our destruction. With those who treat Hamas as a charity organization and refuse to designate it as a terrorist organization. With those who seek to establish a Palestinian state on the ruins of the State of Israel, and work to bring about the end of the Jewish state - through violence, military confrontation, or the gradual erosion of its institutions from within. That is not racism. That is a red line. Arab voters did not turn out in droves to support Yossef Haddad and his party. Instead, they voted for parties that, in any properly functioning democracy, would be disqualified for supporting the enemy. But the left would rather slap on a label: racist. Because accusing people is far easier than confronting the difficult questions. For years, we have watched with alarm as radical Islam has risen in Europe and politicians have legitimized it in the name of tolerance and progress. Here in Israel, they are handing it a direct ticket to power. We are warning about this danger because the threat is already here. Someone sings “Biladi, Biladi” right to our faces, and we bury our heads in the sand. We need to wake up. A new country doesn’t lose itself only when the enemy storms its gates. Sometimes, it loses itself when the very people entrusted with defending it simply open the door to the enemy.

ולחשוב שאנחנו מבקשים מיהודי העולם לעלות לישראל כי אין כאן אנטישמיות
