According to @BankofAmerica , they have no obligation to READ YOU the *supposed* TOS that states this. Was essentially told "trust me, bruh" when I DEMANDED the TOS be read to me. They are thieves. Presently literally with atty - WILL spend savings for $600 on principle alone.
