@SecretaryPete what is going on with @united - we were canceled due to weather between EWR and DCA - where? All day at the airport w toddler, no luggage, and no way to get home. Who pays my hotel now?
Waited 2 hours to chat with someone through the app. Everything we were told at EWR was false. I had to request for the bag to be sent to DCA and @united had no record of my luggage, I had the tag number and apparently it’s in EWR. If your flight was canceled, call United
@united my daughter just left Osita at baggage claim in EWR - can you help us find it?? She just spent 2 days traveling from DCA to EWR, our bags are stuck in DC and this is just another thing! Please help!!!
