Btw as someone who works at conventions this is disgusting cause we book bnbs, plane tickets and booths in the conventions, and actions like this kill people's will to visit and support the convention. No matter Kirsche has said, the are alot of artists that get shafted by this.
We have an update regarding our guest announcement for Kirsche Verstahl. Please see below.

Kirsche was told it was sponsor concerns. We were told planning wasn't final. The Discord demonstrates there was an effort behind the scenes to drop her (odd they claim there was no vetting of her content when they've spent at least 3 years trying to get her to come to the con). Regardless of which is true, we've been lied to. And a con that lies to its guests and its attendees does not deserve my money. Or yours for that matter.

Youmacon changed owners two years ago. However, recently leadership in artist alley and dealers hall has changed to people who are not afraid to discriminate if they feel you don't align politically. very common problem, especially in Michigan and Ohio shows
They invited me to the con for the past 3 years, I was the one who declined going in previous years Not only did they know who I am and what content I make, they've shown my content at the con in a prior year when I wasn't even aware they would do so

Kirsche was lied to, and told that it was the sponsors that threatened to pull out. In reality, they literally just conspired to do it in their official public Discord server discord.com/channels/3649463… It was absolutely not the the sponsors It was the organziers/activists
Honorable Chatters, unfortunately I won't be at Youmacon this year I was really looking forward to this one, but it came down to sponsor concerns If you bought a badge for my panel, you can email [email protected] by noon ET on Wednesday, October 28 with your order number, name, and email for a refund. Thank you all for the support

if any other vtubers or youtubers want to know about this, please dm me. I have lots of tea. I have sooo much tea. I guested there a few times and was once one of their most popular vendors however, there are artists who have been attempting to black list us that made this happen. This needs to end

Even if it was Sydney Sweeney, Halle Berry, or Nessa from Pokemon pussy, you don't betray the partner who helped you build your life Ethan's selfishness displaced the lives of his wife, his kids, and his entire crew. not to mention extended family disgusting creature

I've always kinda liked and respected H3H3. I've watched a lot of his podcasts and even his old drama content This is really sad to see.

I asked 30 Japanese 12-year-olds one question. "What do you think of when you hear 'America'?" (My nephew's teacher let me visit his class. I was not prepared.) "Hamburgers the size of my head." "Everything is big. Even the milk." "Cowboys." Then a boy asked me, "Do cowboys still exist?" I said yes. The whole class cheered. "They went to the moon." I told them only Americans have ever walked on it. The room went completely silent. Respect. "The best baseball in the world. Even Ohtani had to go there." "Superheroes. They all live in New York." Then a quiet girl in the back raised her hand. "My grandma says when the tsunami came, American soldiers came to help her town. She still has a photo with them on her fridge." Nobody said anything for a while. Then the teacher asked, "Who wants to go to America someday?" Every hand went up. Including the teacher's.

I can't believe it's already been a whole month since the Malfoid Movement began. What could have been a simple internet trend that could have faded after a couple of days has instead awaken something within people and has become an icon instead. Malfoid stirred the hearts of many and began a domino effect of yearning that led to people pursuing their craft earnestly and gave peope hope for a better future. Others have even used it as motivation for self improvement. Overall, Malfoid has been a major positive impact on the psyche during and age that promoted and profited from negativity. I for one will forever be greatful to Malfoid and the idea she represents. Glory to Malfoid!

Texas to Ohio once. 16 hour drive Honestly, it wasn't so bad. I started really early in the morning, put on an audio book, a few podcasts, and I treated it like a meditation and media day
My American friend in Tokyo asked how far I drive to see my parents. "Two hours," I said. "Oh nice. So they live close." Close?? In Japan, two hours is a trip. We stop at a rest area. We buy souvenirs. We text the family "we made it." Tokyo to Osaka is about 6 hours by car. Japanese people talk about that drive like it was the Oregon Trail. Then he casually mentioned he once drove 14 hours. For a wedding. And drove back the next day. So I need to hear this from more of you. What's the longest drive you've ever done in one go? From where to where? πŸš— (Texans: "Texas to Texas" counts.)
