ALT One or two Sandplover on the turn into breeding plumage. This is a Lesser I think. Behind is a Greater? But tough to tell.
ALT Flock of Sandplover. In yellow a Greater Sandplover based on bill shape, size, etc. In red - Lesser Sandplover - for all the same reasons. But a mixed flock of many variables. Great fun … 🙄

ALT This is Raja. He’s an elephant and hangs around the entrance to Yala Block 5. He’s looking for snacks. And yes, we got that close because he knows he ain’t being fed from a safari jeep. Don’t try and go past him in a tuk-tuk though … 🤣
