If you are starting a tech company and building the product without talking to potential customers, please STOP ✋! You are making a huge mistake and wasting time and money. If you are a tech founder, it's even worse because you enjoy it. First, validate your idea and ensure you are solving a real problem for enough customers to build a profitable business. Trust me, I have been through it. It is pointless otherwise. Validate it not by pitching to some jury of wackos who will give you irrelevant feedback and are probably never going to buy. Validate it by talking to potential customers, even by building a first Figma mockup or a quick and dirty no-code version. You will thank me later!
