Young/middle-aged people: If I wasn’t on the property ladder, right now, I would NOT buy a property. What I would do is lower my expenses further, live at home or in shared accommodation, build up my savings, invest into index/ETFs and work on increasing my earnings. Now is the time to grow your money, not dump it into a house 🏡
