US EARNINGS COMING UP TOMORROW
🔥 TSMC's Q3 earnings call starts at 10/15 14:00 UTC+8. Q3 consolidated revenue was about NT$1.494 trillion, or roughly US$46.7 billion at the company's assumed exchange rate, about 2% above the top of guidance.
The market already knows Q3 was strong. Q4 will drive the next repricing. Sequential growth above 15% would suggest AI wafer demand is still accelerating. Growth of 10% or less could trigger a sell-the-news reaction.
Also watch 2 nm yields, the early impact of volume production on gross margin, and 2027 capital expenditure. TSMC first affects risk appetite in AI stocks, which could then spill over to BTC. This is not a direct causal relationship.
