Thank you to the Western Michigan coaches and staff for inviting me to Kalamazoo for Homecoming! Loved watching the CBs put in work before kickoff and seeing that preparation carry into a 38–7 Broncos victory. Grateful to experience game day at Waldo Stadium and learn more about the program! With my dad, uncle, 2 aunts and a cousin all WMU graduates, this visit meant a little extra. 🏈🐎 Louis Walker | Junior | 2028 CB/WR | Mason, Ohio @CoachLT_WMU @NickColeman_1 @GreerMartini48 @sophie10willis @EthanBrenesFB @CamAllenFB @247recruiting @MasonCometsFB #theGOLDstandard #PackWaldo

Midseason update. Grateful for my coaches and teammates who continue to challenge me, develop me, and push me to compete at a higher level every day. My goal is to become a complete cornerback who can help a team in multiple ways: • Pass coverage and ball production • Run support and block destruction • Open-field tackling and physicality • Speed, recovery and pursuit I’m proud of the progress, but I know there is still a lot of work ahead. I’ll keep studying, competing, being coachable, and doing whatever my team needs to win. Another tough 28–21 loss Friday night to Oak Hills. Not the result we wanted, but we kept competing and fighting to the end. There are positives to build on. Our defense created 2 interceptions and held Oak Hills to 58 rushing yards. Still work to do, but every week is another opportunity to learn, improve, and raise the standard. Grateful for our coaches, @MasonCometsFB, and my teammates who keep pushing every day. Keep competing. Keep learning. Keep building. Tough one Friday night. We came up short against Lakota East, 24–20, but I’m proud of the way we competed. We’re not where we want or need to be yet, but the culture/chemistry is being built and you can feel us continuing to grow as a team. Grateful for our coaches who keep challenging and developing us, and for my teammates who keep grinding and competing every day. Every week is another opportunity to learn, improve and raise the standard. Keep working. Keep improving. Keep building. Next up: Oak Hills. Let’s go Comets. ☄️

Tough result Friday night, but the final score didn’t fully reflect how hard we competed and how long we battled. We were in the game deep into the 3rd quarter, and every game gives us something to build from. I’m grateful for our coaches for continuing to challenge, develop, and prepare us, and for my teammates who compete, work, and push each other every day. Win or lose, there is always something to learn from the film, areas to improve, and another opportunity to get better. The goal is to keep growing, keep competing, and keep raising the standard together. I love the process, I love competing, and I’m thankful to be part of this team. Back to work. Go Comets. ☄️ Louis Walker | #25 | CB/WR | Class of 2028 #MasonComets #ClassOf2028 #CB #WR #OhioFootball
