Today, more than 1,050 FMOL Health leaders from across our Louisiana and Mississippi ministries gathered at the @rcrivercenter for our Fall 2026 Leadership Assembly, themed “Empowered to Lead.
We were honored to hear from two incredible guest speakers: Molly Sanborn, also known as @CheeseBallChick, who shared “Medical Journeys: Turning Pain Into Purpose,” and @JOLearyInspires, who shared “Resilience & Overcoming Adversity.”
Building on insights from their @CliftonStrength assessments by @Gallup, our leaders dug deeper into how they can leverage their unique, God-given talents to become stronger, more effective leaders who make a meaningful impact on our team members and patients.
