Paddy Donovan secures another shot at World honours with a big away win in Germany, dropping Karen Chukhadzhian twice on the way to a majority decision victory (115-111, 113-113, 114-112) 🇮🇪 @DAZNBoxing
Slightly comically one judge scored the fight a draw, 113 each, despite Donovan scoring two knockdowns and dominating the first 9 rounds comfortably.
I can only guess it was Ukrainian judge Olena Pobyvailo that gave her compatriot a share of the contest. That’s boxing, innit!!

Correct, I didn’t say I didn’t see use of an elbow because I did see that.
What I didn’t see was a single headbutt. I saw head clashes caused by both fighters stances and movement but no butts. There’s a difference.
