So proud to have worked on this incredibly important campaign with @jessaustin111 and the wider Metro team. It's more vital than ever, and if we can shift the dial on awareness even a little bit - and empower readers to seek help or help those in need - that would be incredible.
Today, @MetroUK has launched This Is Not Right, a year-long campaign to address the relentless epidemic of violence against women that aims to also educate, engage and empower our readers on the issue
In an editor's letter, @deboraharthurs explains why

So pleased! Smiling from ear to ear while on maternity leave, and so thrilled by the fantastic work the Metro team has continued to deliver on our VAW campaign while I've been gone. Fingers crossed for the big day🤞🏼
.@MetroUK has been nominated for Campaign of the Year for our This Is Not Right campaign! It's an important cause spearheaded by glorious @jessaustin111 + @LucyMaps, with the wonderful @corbishleys writing many of the stories that have helped propel the campaign forward.
Only the best for the best ents desk in the business! 👏🏼

@Se_Railway if the rail replacement bus is running late, will the ongoing train be held for us? Am on the 11.20 from Margate going to Bromley South but the bus to Faversham is about 20/25 mins behind, so concerned about making the connecting 11.37 at Faversham.
Fantastic from @MetroUK 's very own film expert @dinotaur on Sky this morning with some spot-on hot takes on Trump's nemesis film, The Apprentice👏🏼
"He's just such a defensive person that he is immediately leaping in."
Film critic for Metro @dinotaur dissects "The Apprentice", the movie about the early career of Donald Trump, and if the former president's right to criticise the biopic

I finally watched Saltburn and I can say with confidence it was the first time I've ever loudly and painfully retched at a film.
Well done to Barry Keoghan and Emerald Fennell for exposing me to a trigger point I didn't know I had.
