What constitutes an album as opposed to a mixtape under the deal is whether the project goes gold within 18 months. So when @Drake dropped those three projects, the intention was for all three to eventually go gold and count toward completing his obligation to Universal. Habibti is the only one that has not gone gold yet, which is why he added those four songs from FOMO to Habibti, to help push it over the gold threshold. Once that happens, that should complete the obligation under his recording agreement and free him from Universal. That is why I originally said dropping those three albums would fulfill his commitment. I assumed all three would go gold, and they have not yet. Remember Drake is not getting much help from Universal with this project and is spending his own money on the marketing and promotion. That would also explain why it is taking a little longer.
