👀 INTRIGUING RHP WITH GOOD FB
Luke Rafferty (@LukeRaff9) is a definite name to follow. Riding FB routinely overpowered hitters (3.0 perfect IP with 5Ks) in the zone and repeated a deliberate delivery well with a fast arm thru finish. Flashed a potential swing-and-miss CB.
FB: 87-90 MPH
CB: 75-78

👀 2027 NAME TO KNOW
Luke Rafferty (@lukeraff9) punched out five of first six he faced this evening. Fast arm and riding FB up to 90 MPH are collecting a lot of whiffs. More to come…

Luke Rafferty (‘27 TX) with a dominant outing here going CGSO striking out 11 batters. FB was mid-80s T87 dotting the edges. CB was 71-74 with big 11-5 shape. Worked with good pace and intent. #SouthWS @PG_Uncommitted

Luke Rafferty (‘27, TX) works a scoreless inning of relief sitting in the mid 80’s T87. Showed feel for a tight slider with late downward action. #PGWS @Texas_PG @PG_Uncommitted
