@bookingcom Your driver left us at Krakow airport.
Your support told us to get a taxi and send the receipt to claim it back.
So in -10C with a 7 year old, we followed that advice.
Weeks of emails later: “We won’t reimburse it”
Surely someone at Booking can make sense of this?

We have an incredible team at St. George’s Park and many of you won’t see all the work that goes on behind the scenes.
So ahead of tomorrow’s World Mental Health Day, and its theme of prioritising mental health in the workplace, I gave out a few notes to tell some of the team here how much they’re appreciated.
Through my work with the Harry Kane Foundation, we know it’s so important to connect with others, and little acts can sometimes make a big difference.

#ThePride, thank you for your continued support.
Couldn’t be proud of the whole London City Lionesses bunch today, but especially @NatalieCurtis1 in her new role as Director of Operations. An unbelievable shift to manage a match-day to that quality with so many unknowns. Definition of leading by example 🫡

Results aside, football is a game for everyone to enjoy 🙌
When you cross that white line, feel free, positive and passionate about the game we love ❤️
Behaviour in grassroots football is getting worse.
Last summer we spent 6 weeks traveling the country and talking to those involved in our game, and the message was clear: Standards are dropping and we need to get tougher on those that don’t meet them.
From today, my team are excited to launch ‘Respect the Standard’ making it clear that grassroots football is about enjoying the game, giving respect, being inclusive, working together and playing safe.
