The messaging I received as to why the Supercars race was abandoned : It's a bit too wet, we don't have suitable tyres and we've got to get the cars on the ship to NZ in 2 days. Not good enough.

Supercars fans rightly want to know the real Brodie/Erebus story. Not the BS being served up. Can’t cop the self-righteous folk (including media) saying it’s no one’s business. That’s not how professional sport works. Would never happen in NRL/AFL. #RepcoSC

Boring Bathurst 1000 that will come back to haunt Supercars one way or another. Gen3 needed to put on a good, competitive show today, but it failed. Can't recall an on-track battle for a podium spot today.

Bit of a worry the first Gen3 race in Perth hasn't attracted much of a turnout. Barely a 5-figure crowd. At best. Sparse.

What a crock a sh!t the bad sportsmanship flag was for Kostecki. No need for officialdom to stick its nose in. Great battle for the lead. Neither Brodie nor SVG did anything wrong. Let them race FFS.

Genuine question: Do we know 100% that Goddard got back on the throttle? Looked like he did, but every car that's gone off at chase has had a different experience. Still some doubt in my mind. Any proof or admittance?

Thoroughly entertaining #Repcosc race in conditions far wetter than last November’s abandoned ‘SMP4’. Teams were really jumping at shadows that day.

With a forecast for “rain developing” I’ve pulled the pin on heading trackside tonight as I learned last November that #repcosc doesn’t race in the rain nowadays. How many others think likewise?

I'm comfortable with today's decision not to run the final #RepcoSC SMP race if it was based purely on driver safety. If it was based on Bathurst being in 2 weeks, I'm very UNCOMFORTABLE with that.
