This movie is, without a shadow of a doubt, the best video game adaptation of all time. This is not opinion, it is objective fact.
How? Because it was so good it would go on to determine not just the art direction, but the canon of Street Fighter going forward.
Hell, Bison's design and powers were taken from this movie. Before this he was just a copy and paste from a Riki-Oh antagonist with some Dark Megalopolis mixed in.
It was an adaptation so good it reshaped the source material in its image.
