In honor of #VeteransDay2024, we proudly recognize the dedication and sacrifices of all who served our country in the armed forces. At the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, veterans make up about 13.5% of our 8,000-strong team. EOPSS is grateful for the courage, commitment, and spirit of service that veterans bring to our team. We welcome this opportunity to introduce to some of our secretariat's veterans:

INVITATION to Join WIFLE and the U.S. Postal Inspection Service webinar on breast cancer awareness on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 10:00 am. Breast cancer is the second most common cancer diagnosed in women in the United States, right after skin cancer. However, it’s important to understand that breast cancer doesn’t only affect women. Since everyone has some breast tissue, anyone can develop breast cancer, regardless of gender. The good news is that advances in breast cancer screening now allow healthcare professionals to detect the disease earlier than ever before. Early detection significantly increases the chances of a cure. Even in cases where breast cancer cannot be fully cured, there are numerous treatments available to extend life and improve its quality. Thanks to groundbreaking research, healthcare professionals can tailor treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs, offering the best possible outcomes. Our expert speakers will guide you through the essential screening process in this session, helping you understand how early diagnosis saves lives. You'll also hear powerful stories from breast cancer survivors whose experiences will inspire and encourage you. Use this link to register your attendance at this important event. usps.zoomgov.com/webinar/reg…
