⚽In his free time, Travis is an avid supporter of the Liverpool Football Club (LFC), and is currently the Treasurer for the LFC Winnipeg Supporters Club. He regularly enjoys gathering with other supporters to watch games. (4/4)
Travis’ favourite thing about his role at the MTP is working with the team, he says: “We’ve put together a fantastic and motivated group of individuals who have helped the MTP grow into the cohort it is today. I’m extremely excited to see what the future brings.” (3/4)
He looked to identify participants who did not benefit from a “typical” exercise suggestion, then adapted the intensity at which they were exercising to see if their body’s response to glucose could be improved. (2/4)

🍓🏃♂️Why participate in HEAL? Because your daily habits matter. The HEAL study will help researchers explore how features of your environment – such as accessible grocery stores or safe places to walk – impact our ability to make healthy choices. (2/3)
