Replying to @canadapostcorp
@canadapostcorp if you are going to send a notification to prepay COD duties online the day of delivery, also have your drivers check if it’s been prepaid before they ask for COD.
@canadapostcorp the delivery person made my wife pay again for an item I had already prepaid. I am beyond angry.
Replying to @SourceElements
@SourceElements suddenly can’t login to my source connect account. Was mid session. Is the service down? Website is incredibly slow.
Need an ETA on when your service will be back up @SourceElements this is costing us money and potential clients every minute.
Hey @rebeldotcom Not receiving email from many customers across multiple domains and hosting accounts. Including email from one the largest ISP’s in the country. But your support staff has been gaslighting me. Expects me to ask rogers to change their dns settings.
@rebeldotcom rejecting emails from servers with no spf record when they have a valid DKIM is aggressive and wrong. And in this case it is going to lose you at least 3 hosting clients and 8 domains.
Anyone considering @rogers upfront edge program should think twice. They refused to accept my phone return at a store, told me I had to call for a return kit, which they never sent. They make it as hard as possible to return your phone so they can charge you for the remainder.
.@RogersHelps your techs disconnected my internet to install internet into another unit in building with no heads up whatsoever. I was in the middle of important work, and now my whole day is messed up. This can’t be standard procedure.
.@RogersHelps now your tech came and cut my satellite cable to install the internet in the basement unit. What kind of Mickey Mouse operation are you running. I need a tech here ASAP to fix this.
why bother asking for preferred contact method for RESP’s on birth registration, then just call the wrong parent (recovering from a rough labour by the way) and start asking to schedule a zoom call. You should be ashamed of yourselves @ServiceOntario @ServiceCanada_E @cibc
How about we relocate peoples cars right before they go to work? That will teach the few people that still have jobs during the pandemic. Then when they lose their jobs we can evict them. Awesome idea! @TPSOperations @cityoftoronto @m_layton @JohnTory
A leaflet in the mailbox or on a windshield before road work, would save the city money and save the residents of the city a lot of time and trouble. Why are these cars being towed right before a lot people leave for work? @cityoftoronto @m_layton @JohnTory @TPSOperations
How much money does @TPSOperations and @cityoftoronto have to burn that their solution for road work is tow an entire street worth of cars to relocate them instead of communicating with their residents. A “world class” city should not operate like this. @JohnTory @m_layton
And now @TPSOperations can’t even tell me where my car is. Going to be super late for work. How can you treat your citizens with so much contempt @cityoftoronto @m_layton @JohnTory
Hey @TPSOperations and @cityoftoronto how about we stop towing cars to do road work with zero notice right before people need to goto work. Such a dick move. If I lose my job for being late, I will send you my rent bill.
Sent a message to @LGUS customer service saying our new air conditioner wasn’t working. Said the power button was doing nothing and the screen remained off. The response I got back was “you have to push the power button to turn the screen on”. Genius.
Thanks to Chris at @RogersHelps for showing what good customer service looks like.
