Confused. I thought Helen said she was expecting Tracy and Jazzer to pay for those pots? Did she change her mind? #TheArchers

I have a farming(ish) SL idea: I have an interest in TV & film production so what about a SL about a film crew coming to Ambridge to shoot some safety/biosecurity(etc) films? I can see a lot of humor. What do you think? #TheArchers

Patrick Stewart in the final scene on Star Trek: The Next Generation. It’s extremely simple, but reveals so much of his character if you watched. Somehow his sense of duty and sensitivity, along with the admiration of his crew shines through. RIP Captain.

ReW could be in trouble as they had a survey done by an unqualified agent. They can't use an act of god reason as a properly qualified inspector could have identified the risk. Vinces legal team could easily show Ed's report is flawed. Huge compo award #TheArchers

As someone who has worked as a tree surgeon but not inspector I think both Ed and rewilding could be in trouble. What sort of report did Ed give rewilding. If official hes in trouble as the original inspection is flawed as he in not qualified. Pt1 #TheArchers

Also I can’t help thinking most of the ‘lead’ Silents have gone unacknowledged this year. (Thwaites, Buttons, Booths etc). 2 #TheArchers

I’ve been thinking thar Ambridge has felt rather empty this year with quite a few a characters having long absences. Anyone else getting that feeling or is it just me? 1 #TheArchers

If RADIO 4 extra goes, that will be the end of the world as we know it, a comfort blanket to so many as well as a lesson in the history of British culture through drama, comedy and light entertainment🤷🏼‍♂️
Replying to @wesbutters
@BBCRadio4Extra is my go to. Always find some vintage nugget from The Clitheroe Kid to a lost Hancock to Paul Temple. Yes, I could search thru the clunky archive, but half the joy is the surprise of the find.

4 Extra supported and backed lots of my documentaries, many of which went on to win international awards. There is no station like it. If it really is to close, can we at least have the publicly funded BBC audio archive become publicly available so it doesn't sit unused. – at Horton Heath, England
In my opinion, we're going to lose something incredibly valuable to the cultural fabric & history of this country. If Radio 4 Extra with its carefully curated archive isn't the epitome of public service broadcasting, well, I don't know what is. Only the BBC can do it. A sad day.
