Well that was an experience! I’ve never worn makeup before and my heart was racing for the interview. I hope me being involved and talking about my career and autism can inspire others with their careers. Thanks a lot for the support everyone ❤️ #AutismAwarenessDay #Autism – at Salford, England

Losing weight and winning at rugby! 💪🏉 I managed 50 minutes in a close game against top of the league Eccles today. Plenty of tackles have earned me the nickname Axeman 🪓 I’m aching already after that one, gotta love that winning feeling tho, 22-21 to @AshtonRFC ❤️💛🖤 – at Ashton-under-Lyne, England

I hate to admit it as I'm a Blue but the new Beckham doc on Netflix is proving to be a great watch, the producers didn't struggle to get anyone they wanted for this one! #BECKHAM – at Manchester, England

New Signing! Matthew Lofthouse joins Fat 'n' Furious (Salford Orange) for undisclosed fee! ⚽️ Looking forward to stepping on the scales and making my debut soon. Here’s hoping sobriety, a new gym membership, MvF football + some rugby and running will get me to the BMI I want 💪 – at Salford, England

The kind of notifications you want to see on a Monday morning 💪😎 #Less #CouchTo5K

Tommo on #Brassic has ruined Taco Bell for me. If you know, you know! 🌮 🔔 😭

I wonder if the guy who coined the phrase “one hit wonder” ever came up with any other phrases.

I discovered @manvfat football back in January after hearing about it on an episode of The Chase! Looking forward to getting restarted with a team in Salford soon. Also doing the CT5K in the hope that running and footy can lower my BMI from 38 to a healthy one 💪

went for a 4.3 kilometre Run. strava.com/activities/990927… CT5K - W1R1 🏃‍♂️ Only managed 9 minutes of running during this which is about how long I can last on the rugby pitch after a lazy late summer! #strava 🙃 – at Salford, England

5 years ago! ⚽📷 A nice memory to pop up five years on and at the end of another productive week in clinical photography, a role that comes with a lot of job satisfaction knowing my photos help patients and students. I can watch football as a fan now too 🙂

Worth a watch for #FallsPreventionAwarenessWeek I’ve just completed my resuscitation training too, learning that in the UK, fewer than 1 in 10 survive an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. This is low compared to many countries, including Norway, where 7 out of 10 people survive.

9 years ago! This feels like a lifetime ago 📷 I left school with no qualifications so I had to get qualified for college via a night school in photography. I remember being amazed by panning and ghosting. I can’t say I’ve done ghosting ever since but Halloween is coming up. 💡👻 – at Salford, England

After taking a photo of my dad with the fish he just caught, he told me to throw it in the river. Totally ruined his camera.

I was ecstatic after that 57-14 win with Ashton over Bury yesterday! Tameside felt like the south of France due to the weather. I managed 60 minutes in a game of four quarters due to the heat. Some strong tackling and scrummaging felt good after being out a while injured. 💪🏉

Loving the opening ceremony for the RWC ahead of #FRAvNZ 🏉🏆 The take on French culture is great. It’s making me more excited for a run out on the rugby pitch tomorrow for Ashton 2's vs Bury in the NOWIRUL Division 5 East 💪 Lancashire is our Marseille 🌹 – at Salford, England

Good to hear Y Clwb Pel-droed’s future has been secured for this year. They do a great job for Welsh football and for students looking to gain experience. I loved shooting for them during my undergrad years. My favourite memory being my first international 🇫🇷 L'Equipe 2019! 📰📷

My nephew says he is being kept awake by the Monsters under his bed. I checked under there and found six empty cans. 😂
