From screening school students to providing access to care through mobile medical units, the Association is helping turn awareness into action and improve quality of life. نظّمت وزارة تمكين المجتمع، بالتعاون مع مجلس تنافسية الكوادر الإماراتية، ورشة تعريفية لمؤسسات النفع العام حول مبادرات وبرامج نافس 2040، بمشاركة 125 من القيادات والمختصين وموظفي الموارد البشرية والمعنيين بالتوظيف والتطوير. وسلّطت الورشة الضوء على الخدمات والمزايا التي يقدّمها برنامج "نافس"، وآليات الاستفادة منها، بما يفتح آفاقاً أوسع أمام مؤسسات النفع العام لاستقطاب الكفاءات الإماراتية وتنمية قدراتها. #وزارة_تمكين_المجتمع #نافس The Ministry of Community Empowerment, in collaboration with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council, organised an awareness workshop for non-profit organisations on the Nafis 2040 initiatives and programmes. The workshop brought together 125 leaders, specialists, HR professionals and representatives working across recruitment and talent development. The session highlighted the services and benefits available through Nafis, and how organisations can use them to attract, develop and empower Emirati talent. #MOCE #Nafis

By measuring trust, solidarity, belonging, shared values and social connections, the survey will provide valuable insights into community needs and help guide future policies, programmes and initiatives. The experiences and perspectives of selected participants will help deepen our understanding of social relationships and identify areas where they can be further strengthened. The more we understand what connects our community, the better we can support a more cohesive future. #MOCE
