Iowa St is working on shadow boxing & jiu-jitsu.
Serious levels of physical, emotional, & cognitive work here from the Cyclones.
Absolutely love it.
Jon could have just laughed this off. He didn’t.
He ended up spending OVER $14,000 of his own money to fulfill a promise to Nebraska fans & college basketball.
Incredible. Well done @JonRothstein.
When Nebraska was 10-0, @JonRothstein promised to throw a Happy Hour for their fans if they won their first tournament game.
10 months later, Jon paid his dues... @HuskerMBB

Chris Spatola was an incredible human being, caring for everybody around him and showcasing his rich passion for basketball with the manner in which he called games. The sport was better because Chris was a part of it. Beyond the hardwood, Chris was a family man who graduated from West Point and bravely served our country in Iraq.
Just a tremendous person who cared for others and was always giving of his time. God bless Chris and his family & friends. Heartbroken to learn of his passing. 💙🙏
A shoutout to @emily_proud who has been crushing the college football coverage all week.
Regardless of the sport, Emily is a college sports ball knower.
Everytime @LRiddickESPN is calling a college football game I learn something new.
Everytime.
