Thank you to the Northland Pachyderm Club for a wonderful evening last night! It was a pleasure meeting so many of you for the first time and having the opportunity to connect with fellow conservatives who care deeply about the future of our state and nation. I’m grateful for the warm welcome, the conversations, and the opportunity to spend time with such an engaged group of individuals who believe in the principles that make our country great. Thank you for your hospitality and for all you do to keep conservative values alive and thriving in our communities! What an incredible evening Athena and I had last night at the 31st Annual Toast to Our Towns Gala hosted by the Truman Heartland Community Foundation! It was such a special evening celebrating the people, organizations and businesses who are making a lasting difference throughout Eastern Jackson County and beyond. Truman Heartland does so much to connect people who care with causes that matter, helping generous donors turn their giving into real impact in our communities. From supporting local nonprofits and community programs to scholarships for students, their work touches countless lives and strengthens the communities we call home. The evening was a beautiful reminder that philanthropy isn’t just about giving…it’s about investing in people, serving others and making our communities stronger for generations to come. We loved hearing the stories of this year’s honorees and celebrating their generosity, leadership and commitment to making a difference. It was an honor to be surrounded by so many people who believe in giving back and serving their communities. Thank you, Truman Heartland Community Foundation, for another amazing evening and for all you do year-round to inspire generosity and strengthen Eastern Jackson County!
