I don’t want to sound overly dramatic or unnecessarily apocalyptic but I think we’re living through the last age of humans and I think it’s going to be very short lived.

Russell Brand may or may not be guilty but that is not why he is going to jail. He is going to jail because he exposed the corruption of the Covid lockdown & 'vaccines' con, The Great Reset, the WEF & the war in Ukraine. Before he did that, there were no allegations against him

Nope...not for me! 😠 This years John Lewis Christmas ad, in summary. Nan needs a hug, rude kids barge past her, ignoring her completely. Kids don't like Nans childhood presents, so Nan goes out shopping to John Lewis to buy things they like to placate them. Nan eventually gets her hug, when the spoilt grandkids get the presents they want. Oh, and a rickshaw ride round London for good measure! An absolutely dreadful story of kids attitudes towards the elderly today, and blatant consumerism - I for one, won't be shopping there this year! 🎁 🎅🎄

Remember when Henry Novak was stabbed to death and we were told by Hampshire Police that the first thought of his shattered grieving loved ones was to urge us not to let the slaughter cause division in our society? Yeah right...That had Starmer's State Interference all over it. This Thursday 5th November Henry Nowak’s family finally have their say in Dear Henry: Our Fight for Justice at 9pm on ITV Henry's family claims they were manipulated by police “We have been failed multiple times and manipulated in our darkest hours. Some decisions were made to protect the police and their reputation rather than help us as a family.” telegraph.co.uk/gift/96263a5…

Stuart Attwell was at VAR when Doku kicked Mac Allister. Stuart Attwell was at VAR when Sesko scored with his fingers. Stuart Attwell was at VAR when Isak's shirt got pulled. Funny how it's always against Liverpool

On behalf of the British people, I would like to apologise for the slave trade. I am sorry we were the first great power in history to turn its guns on it. I am sorry it cost us around 2,000 sailors to free 150,000 people they would never meet. I am sorry the rest of the world took so long to follow. Slavery did not begin with Britain. It is as old as civilisation. Babylon wrote it into law. Rome built an empire on it. The Vikings sold Englishmen through the slave market at Dublin. In 1625 Barbary corsairs took 60 men, women and children out of a Cornish church; by 1640 Parliament was told 3,000 to 5,000 English people were held in Algiers alone. Every great power of the age took part in the Atlantic trade. Portugal and Spain for a century before an English ship did. Then the Dutch, the French — and the British, who in the eighteenth century carried more than anyone. That is the record. It is not disputed here. Then a nation turned on the trade that had made it rich. Wilberforce's bill was beaten year after year. On 25 March 1807 it passed. Then Britain did the part the critics never mention — it sent the Royal Navy to enforce it. The West Africa Squadron sailed in 1808, two ships for 3,000 miles of coast, and hunted slavers for nearly sixty years. Britain paid Spain and Portugal to open their ships to search. HMS Black Joke ran down the slaver El Almirante in 1829 and found 466 people in her hold. Around 2,000 British sailors died doing it — most of fever, to free people they would never meet. 1,600 slave ships seized. 150,000 Africans set free. In 1833 Parliament borrowed £20 million to end slavery across the Empire. The debt was not finally redeemed until 2015. The United States needed a civil war. Cuba held slaves until 1886. Brazil until 1888 — eighty-one years after Westminster voted. Yes, we took part in the trade. Every power of the age did. None of them fought it like we did. So yes. I will apologise. I am sorry it cost us so much. I am sorry the rest of the world took so long to follow. That is not something you apologise for. That is something you teach. #history #britishhistory #royalnavy #westafricasquadron

Man! We gotta get ahold of those Dashcams. Unfortunately we’ve lost the technology and it’s a painful process to rebuild. A clearer image of an object going 600 mph than someone walking up stairs? •At 30 frames per second, a new frame is captured every 33.3 milliseconds. • •During that single 1/30th of a second, the object travels 29.3 feet. • So if the plane was in the frame at the start of the shutter and closed still in frame which would be incredible timing it would have traveled 30 feet during the collection of data. The object would be a blur. I don’t think the dash cam footage is real and if that angers you, you are stupid.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The plane images in this post are AI-enhanced/edited stills; the original Aki Kuusisto dashcam of the Nov 1 Learjet crash shows only a fast blur then fireball. leadstories.com/hoax-alert/202… youtube.com/watch?v=jfPkTy…

Mr Burnham should remind the world that the UK led the movement to ban slavery. The Royal Navy sacrificed sailors’ lives and spent much money stopping the evil trade.

Putin is a fantastic statesman with unbelievable patience. We and the US have never stopped baiting and insulting Russia since the end of WW2. Brezhnev and Khrushchev would have nuked our arses many years ago. Absolutely no doubt.

Charles Dickens really was onto something wasn’t he. “Beware these children! This boy is Ignorance. This girl is Want. Beware them both, and all of their degree, but most of all beware this boy, for on his brow I see that written which is Doom, unless the writing be erased.”

There are some frighteningly badly informed and apathetic people in western societies.

Considering my Royal Naval background it’s actually quite unbelievable to me really that the three countries I admire most are Russia, Poland and Hungary. 3 former eastern bloc countries.
