Hugely disheartening to hear Chris Hopson of NHS Providers painting a dire picture of coming weeks in the NHS, while saying "we understand the logic of if not now then when". There is NO logic to it, when we have vaccines. We should finish the job. #r4today

So now we’re supposed to get on board the message that it’s in the best interest of our children to let covid spread in their settings without trying to stop it infecting them while we the adults sit back masked & vaxxed. I’m sorry I can’t. It’s a nasty virus& #LongCovid is real.

This is just ONE warehouse.
If you have a system where this possible - and even profitable - that’s a clear sign that something is fundamentally wrong.
Exclusive: Amazon is destroying millions of items of unsold stock in one of its UK warehouses every year, an ITV News investigation has uncovered.
Many of the products - including smart TVs and laptops - are often new and unused.
