I would not pay for AT&t s***** protection plan. Paying $6,000 a year it's my AT&t bill. $600 a year for their protection plan. My phone has a software issue and then they want me to pay $275 so they can send me a dirty used refurbished phone. Absolutely shameful. I got a customer with you for over 10 years at $60,000 instead of working with me you'd rather just tell me there's nothing you can do
