Monitor all this using AI for early detection of problem citizens, automate censorship and account freezing. Your regime is now untouchable. The tech to do this is fully available to any modern society. Only rollout required. This could never happen in America. Not true. We have all components: a NationalID, the Bank Secrecy Act, biometric Smartphones widely deployed - all we'd need is a more aggressive digital transformation and we're off to the races.
