Last week, the House recognized Okolona native and World War II veteran Mr. L.C. Gladney and presented him with House Resolution 71. He was also presented with the Mississippi Veterans Honor Medal by @MSVetAffairs Executive Director Mark Smith. When Mr. Gladney addressed the House, he shared about his time at Camp Shelby, serving in France, and that he will be turning 100 years old in May! Mississippi thanks and honors Mr. Gladney for his incredible service.
