That is why gender-sensitive data gathering matters. It is not about meeting a quota, it is about ensuring women, men and diverse perspectives have meaningful space to contribute. When data reflects the communities we seek to serve, we can better understand the problem, design relevant solutions and create change that is meaningful and sustainable. Through the Gender and Social Inclusion Programme, participants were exploring how inclusive data gathering can strengthen organisational decision-making and social change.
