Our weekly ‘Wellbeing Woodcarving Sessions’ are proving to be extremely popular, inspiring and extremely beneficial to those attending. We’ve got some fantastic volunteers and highly experienced carvers here to support all participants through their chosen individual projects.
A tough session for ‘Team Al’ & for ‘Team Charlie’ during our weekly #FeelGoodFridayFishing🎣 NHS session. The wet n windy conditions didn’t seem to favour the fishing but the laughing, joking & humour on the bank together with some fresh air & a catch up made it all worthwhile.

We’ve definitely felt the drop in temperature this week as well as experienced some ‘wet n wild’ weather conditions throughout our school session and NHS ‘Fishing Therapy’ session on Friday. However, that didn’t stop our fishing fun; there was plenty caught & lots of smiles.🎣😊
