Hoy tenía argumento oral para el 1er Circuito y el primer caso fue el de Tata Charbonier. Argumentación bien técnica sobre jurisdicción que creo va a ir en su contra. Pero argumento de la instrucción al jurado fue aún más técnica y podría ganarla. Veremos

I have undertaken this project to put a face to 9/11 by posting a photo of everyone killed that day. If after everything that happened you can vote for the ideology that brought it about it's as if you are killing them yourself! Pictured below was 41 year old Daniel Brandhorst who was returning from a trip to Cape Cod with his 3 year old adopted son David and Daniel's mate of 13 years Ronald Gamboa. Daniel was an accountant and partner at Pricewatercoopers in Los Angeles and the family was originally supposed to take another flight but switched to Flight 175. To forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!

Pictured below was 60 year old Sandra Brace who was an administrative assistant at Marsh McLennan in the North Tower where Flight 11 crashed through. In addition to her job she liked to write short stories which she placed on various websites. She had taken the day before 9/11 off to do chores and her husband suggested taking that Tuesday off as well but she wanted to go to work. She was survived by him and their many cats and to forget even a single one of these people is a blasphemy!
