A look at last season's goal contributions across the @BarclaysWSL
Two of @ManUtdWomen's best performers, @katiezelem and @lilkeets have since departed the club, but Elisabeth Terland joining should help make up for some of that.
#MUWomen #MUWFC #ManUtdWomen
Other past players in @alessiarusso7 and Lauren James also found themselves performing well, especially in terms of finishing.
And no, Bunny Shaw's label isn't a mistake, she just scored so many goals last year that she utterly distorts the chart.
Against West Ham, @ManUtdWomen were able to pepper the Hammer's goal with plenty of shots from inside the box (10 of 14), with all three goals coming from shots inside the box. #MUWFC #MUWomen
#MUWomen sported a new-look midfield at the weekend, with @Dominiquejansse, Grace Clinton and Lisa Naalsund all taking the field.
As the scoreline suggested, they were more active in the attacking third than the defensive thrid of the pitch, but all three had different roles.
New signing Dominique Janssen was deployed in the middle of the park, where she made the joint-most tackles by any player.
She dropped back on more occasions than she went forward, but was largely found in midfield.
With Saturday's poor attendance one of the talking points going into the game. we can now see how poor it was.
So far the club have not disclosed the attendance, but at best, it could be up to 16 thousand if the North Stand lower tier and quadrants were full.
They weren't.
It is easily the lowest attendance at an OT game.
Coming off the back of a season with over 70,000 fans across two OT games, it shows there's room for improvement.
It must also be noted that the men's team were playing away in London against Palace at 5:30.
Seeing the Stretford End empty was a shame, because with the great work the fans did, along with @MUW_SC in the corner, it would have been an even better atmosphere.
I hope the club can find a way to draw back fans next time, because these girls have earned it.
Leading as a captain should. @MayaLeTissier was United's highest-rated player according to @sofascore in yesterday's game vs. @westhamwomen.
She is also the second-highest-rated defender from the opening week of the @BarclaysWSL.
3 goals. 3 points.
United debut goal for Grace.
Areas to improve for the next one.
But we're leaving OT happy at FT.
If the Women and U18 teams do not get the awards night they deserve, then the club should be ashamed.
The achievements both have earned this season just to be told they're not being recognized because baldy did a bad job is a smack in the face to their efforts.
Do better.
As the year wraps to a close, there is an outstanding issue I need to sort.
The last year has seen this account take a back seat due to personal issues and work commitments, which was a shame but necessary for my own sake.
I'm making time now to sort this out.
Right at the start of this year, I ran a jersey giveaway and picked a winner and everything, but I never got around to giving them their prize.
So even though it is incredibly late, I want to congratulate @DonnaMarieMoo13 for winning.
The speculation around Earps' future is annoying but to be expected.
January will be another month of "will she, won't she", and I'm sure other clubs will stir the pot, but let's not turn our backs on anyone. It's not the United way.
Regardless of who is between the posts come kick-off, we need to support them 100%.
Earps has had her rough moments this season, that's undeniable, but it shouldn't be forgotten all the good times she has had as well.
