Here's the thing, I've got four bands that I can list. But of course, you'll deny ever having heard of any of them. I can point out that Progressive Rock legend Adrian Belew hired two kids out of the very first School of Rock and formed the Adrian Belew Power Trio with them.

I'm friends with many of their teachers, all of whom are working musicians, and they appreciate the opportunity to pass along their skills and enthusiasm to the next generation. Everybody starts out playing covers, it's how you build your tool set.

These young people are in the House Band, and they auditioned to get into it. They're the best from their local school, and the best of those kids competes to become AllStars and go on a national tour. It's all competitive above the entry level, and you have to be very good.

I've recorded hundreds of kids from the School of Rock, and I have recorded their original music. I know a dozen who graduated from the Berklee School of Music, and some who have successful bands now. Your negativity is your own problem.
