We have a rule, no cleats in the cage. Every practice I’m kicking kids out of the cage for wearing cleats. They look at me like I’m the problem. No buddy, you’re the problem. You have to follow the rules and be prepared by bringing your turfs. I don’t know who in your life has allowed you to think rules don’t apply to you but they do. You are accountable to follow them.

Today's loss to @WWHS_baseball was a tough pill to swallow. I tip my hat to them for their impressive play. Our team's lack of competitiveness stems from a broader issue - a lack of discipline within our program. A crucial lesson for my team and young people in general is that discipline is essential for achieving success in life. By prioritizing the importance of rules and regulations, individuals can develop a strong foundation for discipline that can be applied to various aspects of life. Life is not solely about enjoyment; it involves completing tasks, accepting responsibilities, and navigating challenges. The discipline required to succeed in sports, such as mastering a bunt and adhering to game rules, can be translated to achieve success in life. @GoSpongers
